The flavors of Sister Moon are naturally developed by quality varieties in fitting terroirs and moderate altitudes for sweet, classic coffee flavors of chocolate and caramel with moderate acidity for a cup that is sure to please everyone. Always clean and smooth, Sister Moon is a great "house coffee" that showcases our ongoing collaboration with producers in Latin America according to the season's harvests.

Grown by Dario Baide in the community of Las Flores on Santa Barbara mountain in Honduras. Seven acres have been planted mostly to the traditional Pacas variety offering citric and tropical flavors alongside toffee brittle and butter caramel. Dario is a third generation coffee farmer who has already begun passing it on to his sons. His father was the first to settle in the Las Flores community which is now a well known village for specialty coffee. Grown by Olvidio Paco in Siete Estrellas, Caranavi. Olvidio is one of the younger producers of Siete Estrellas who enthusiastically planted Catuai on his small narrow plot just a few years ago. This coffee offers familiar milk chocolate and oat cookie flavors balanced by green apple sweetness and an herbal cup structure. |
