Shipping Schedule and Store Policies
Orders placed before noon on Sundays (PT) will be processed on Mondays. Orders placed before noon on Mondays (PT) will be processed on Tuesdays. Orders placed before noon on Wednesdays (PT) will be processed on Thursdays. Orders ship either the day of processing or the next. Orders may ship earlier if inventory allows.
Expected Shipping Date
In most cases orders will be shipped out on what we call our expected shipping date. Please note this date is not a guaranteed shipping date.
Please note that orders containing a preorder product will be held and shipped on the date noted on the preorder product page. If the order contains items that are not on preorder these items will also be held until the preorder ship date.
Please be aware that holidays can affect our ability to fulfill orders on-time as outlined above.
We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, we would like you to be satisfied with your purchase and will resolve problems as they arise.
We do accept returns on unused/unworn merchandise that is returned in original condition. Refunds will be issued minus any original or return shipping fees.
If you have any issues with your coffee or have an error in your order, please contact us at email@example.com within two days of receiving your order.
Terms of Service
Once coffee/merchandise leaves our facility any loss or damage becomes the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier in possession of the shipment. Please follow the tracking information and contact prompts with the carrier for any questions or claims.
In some cases we may choose to change the shipping carrier selected to another carrier offering a service with similar delivery speed.
