Rudy Yana is the eldest son of Don Pablo Yana now in his second season producing his own coffee. We have worked with Pablo's coffee since 2014 who is one of the elders of the San Ignacio community. Pablo cultivates 3 hectares of coffee of which 1 is Catuai shared with his Son Rudy. Every community meeting we have joined young Rudy is always present taking it all in participating more and more as a young adult. We love supporting this promising new producer! |

Norman Castellanos Hernández grows Pacas coffee on his farm, El Pinabete, in Los Andes, Las Vegas, Santa Bárbara. Coming from a coffee-farming family, Norman began working alongside his father at age 12 and eventually inherited and expanded his own farm. Since 2013, he’s been focused on producing specialty micro-lots, using a careful washed process and hand-sorting to ensure exceptional quality. |
