The 4oz Taster Bag is designed to give more chances for more people to enjoy these rare and unique coffees
Porfilio Mamani renovated a small plot using the Pacamara variety, yielding fruitful results. Previously, this lower elevation plot produced coffee with minimal acidity and concentration. Now, Pacamara's large beans introduce citrus and berry flavors, along with a fresh, pine-like herbaceous quality.
Porfilio, a leading figure in Caranavi's San Ignacio community, always greets us with fireworks before we enter the village, announcing our arrival. This prelude to a joyful reception and meaningful visit highlights his welcoming spirit. An early participant in the Bolivia Cup of Excellence, Porfilio, like his neighbors, is dedicated to coffee and its quality. His family stands as a beacon of hope, with his adult children showing a keen interest in agronomy and coffee. Saint Frank is committed to supporting Porfilio and his family's future.
