Honduras José Alberto Orellana 50% |
José Alberto Orellana farms Pacas on his 2.4-hectare property, El Malcaraco, perched at 1700 masl in El Cedral, Santa Bárbara. Now in his second harvest and first year selling specialty coffee, he carefully executes a traditional washed process with 17-hour dry fermentation and hand-sorting, driven by the pride of knowing “the work of my hands” is enjoyed around the world. |

Burundi Ninga Hill 40% |
Grown by our farmer friends on Ninga Hill with the Long Miles Coffee Project in the Kayanza region. We've loved the red fruited and sweet citrus profile of Ninga for years but its round sweet tea structure really wins us over making an excellent part for Brother Sun. |

Honduras Santa Barbara Natural 10% |
Grown by a few of our friends across a handful of villages on Santa Barbara Mountain who are adventurously trying their hands at the sun dried natural process! All of these farmers are also producing more traditional washed lots the area is famous for so these naturals are fun projects that result in super intense fruit flavors. |
