Complex White Florals lead into Peach and Nectarine and a Bergamot Finish
Jose Anael Enamorado is a young man only recently out of high school choosing to follow in his father’s footsteps as a specialty coffee producer rather than go on to university even as coffee has afforded his family that option.
Our ten years of experience working with his humble animal and plant whisperer of a father, Anael Enamorado, gives us great confidence he is making a wonderful choice. This coffee is proof.
Anael gifted his son a higher plot further up the mountain in addition to this small steep hillside single acre plot at a lower elevation of 1450m near his own farm that is turning out world class quality. The yields are small, as they often are for Gesha, but the flavors are big while still retaining their delicacy.
While he is young and quiet like his father he shows great promise and we are committed to supporting Jose Anael as he develops as a producer not only in his own lots like Guamera but into the future as he inherits his father’s legacy.
